What we store
Your email, an optional name, your language and your password (stored only as a one-way hash). Entries and drink sales linked to your QR, and the counts made from them: how many nights you came, the last one, and what you spent at the bar. If you said yes to news, when you said it and the text you accepted. No ID numbers, no photos, no date of birth.
Why
To run your account, send your QR, admit you once and run the bar. Only if you said yes: to email you about upcoming nights and private invitations.
Emails
News and invitations are optional and off unless you turn them on. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link that works in one click, and you can turn them off from your account at any time. Confirmations, password resets and your QR are always sent.
Who sees it
Only the two owners. Promoters see counts, never your email. Emails are delivered by our email provider, Resend.
Your rights
You can see and correct your data in your account, and delete the account there. Deleting erases your email, name and password; the nights you attended stay in the venue totals without your name.
